Cream of Mushroom Soup - light and creamy mix of Kennett Square mushrooms with a touch of sherry and heavy cream. Signature.

 

New England Clam Chowder - traditional creamy white recipe loaded with clams and vegetables in a white ceamy broth. 

 

Lobster Bisque - perfect start in a cup or a bowl. Andy's beloved recipe loaded with chunks of fresh water lobster.
