It may look like a blooming head of cabbage leaves, but it is really solid premium dark chocolate melted and molded to look just like a cabbage! The middle of this decadent delight features a chocolate cabbage bowl filled with your choice of fluffy, creamy white or dark chocolate homemade mousse. The entire piece is surrounded with luscious strawberries for dipping and yes, the entire design is completely edible.
Bananas Foster Station:
Fresh bananas, pan roasted over an open flame in copper pans ... sizzled up with a mix of creamy butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and rum ... piping hot and carmelized yum served over whole milk vanilla bean ice cream.
We create an entire station for this event. Guests can watch one of our chefs create the entire dessert from start to finish. A delightful break from a night of dancing!
